The passport-less trip By now, I've written some very detailed reviews on the various ways of getting around South Africa (see here, here and here and here and here and here). So let's start with a slightly different approach (without using any fancy maps): just get a good passport with a photocopy of your passport and make a bunch of photocopies of all the details you need to get to your destination.
